Leo XIV: "All Religions Are Mothers. All Believers are Brothers"
This evening, Pope Leo XIV participated in a niche interreligious gathering organised by the Sant’Egido Community at the Colosseum.
At the beginning, Andrea Riccardi emphasised that “the Spirit of Assisi still blows”.
Representatives of various religions were present, including Christian sects, as well as representatives of Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism and other faiths. Together, they lit small candles.
Leo XIV held a speech praising the false religions and spiritualties. His key points were:
- We have prayed for peace according to our diverse religious traditions.
- This is our witness: offering the immense treasures of ancient spiritualities to contemporary humanity.
- On 27 October 1986, Saint John Paul IIinvited religious leaders from around the world to Assisi to pray for peace. This historic event marked a turning point in interfaith relations.
- We embrace the challenge of Assisi and the awareness of our shared task and responsibility for peace.

Prevost taught them that Christ is not necessary for salvation, which is a sin of apostasy.
I wonder what the leaders of the other religions there really think. I wouldn't be surprised if at least a few attended just for PR points and think the current leaders of the Church are not much more than friendly fools. (But, then again, we're supposed to be "fools for Christ", so maybe it doesn't really matter.)
It's been well established that, in the case of Islam at least, Muslims "go along" with all this "we are one" nonsense but really see it as weakness on the part of Christians and an admission that the Catholic faith is incomplete - i.e. FALSE!

Robert Prevost has "de facto" nullified the requirement for salvation that all human beings receive the sacrament of Baptism and believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
This is pagan. If all religions are fine, why be a Catholic? Christ commanded His apostles to go preach, convert and baptize all nations. V2 has demanded that we stop.
He has had his religious formation with Vatican Council II irrational and so liberal. We now know that the Council can be interpreted rationally and the conclusion is traditional. The Council is no more liberal.
Is that the "hermeneutic of continuity"? The principle for interpreting the documents of the Second Vatican Council, that emphasizes understanding them as a development and continuation of past teachings and traditions.
Yes. But precisely it is intepreting LG 8, 14, 16 etc in Vatican Council II irrationally and not rationally and so the conclusion is non traditional and schismatic.
Often, I have the thought that Leo XVI has one foot, one ear, one eye in St. Peter and the other in Pachamama land. Is it a 'medical' issue or a spiritual one? He needs to face his own ambivalence, asap. Clear up the doubts about the 2013 (forced?) election of a certain Bergoglio and the 'outsting' of Pope Benedict XVI. Issue that need to be dealt with, in order for the Vatican to return on track!

Prevost teaches that Christ is not necessary for salvation. He is part of the Army of Antichrist that is warned in the Treatise of True Devotion of Saint Louis Montfort

They all cite Vatican Council II. They really are referring to the Vatican Council II irrational of Pope Paul Vi, Rahner, Ratzinger and Lefebvre,. For them LG 8,14,16 etc refer to visible exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, which otherwise would be saying all the non Catholics above are oriented to Hell unless they are members of the Catholic Church. This is also the message of Ad Gentes 7 in Vatican Council II which is not contradicted by anything in Nostra Aetate or Lumen Gentium etc.

Anathema sit! It is regrettable that some Catholics do not distinguish between the conciliar church and the Catholic Church, and believe that the Catholic Church is somehow involved in what happens in the conciliar church.
Our Lord repeatedly told Sr. Lucia that the world will NOT have peace until HIs Mother is obeyed - and a true Catholic Pope consecrates Russia, by name, and only Russia, to the Immaculate Heart of Mary - in union with the Catholic Bishops of the world.
