Pope Leo XIV published today a video message for the climate World Summit in Vienna, Austria. He called for a "just transition" to new economic models, urged wealthy nations to provide greater financial support, and advocated the development of a new international financial framework. All this is presented within the façade and language of Catholic social teaching and care for creation and the poor. Three key quotes, emphasis added. - "These challenges [peace, natural resources, climate change] require international cooperation, together with cohesive and forward-looking multilateralism in order to find effective solutions." - "It is not merely desirable but also genuinely possible that the progress at COP30 [United Nations’ climate summit] can be followed up with a just transition toward societies where the common good takes precedence over profit, and economic models are rooted in solidarity and human dignity. Yet, this requires wealthier countries to meet their obligations to …ច្រើន

"All Churches, Mosques, and Synagogues Are Sacred": Archbishop Edward J. Weisenburger of Detroit spoke at the dedication of the new mosque in Dearborn Heights, Michigan, on June 5. He said there was nowhere he felt greater honor, fraternity, and kindness, and that he had sensed "the divine presence" from the moment he arrived. Echoing the imam, he said that all present belong to the same human family and described all churches, mosques, and synagogues alike as "sacred" places where God reaches out to humanity - places that would bring "all of humanity" into deeper communion with "our one God."

HOW LONG DO SOULS REMAIN IN PURGATORY? The length of time souls are detained in Purgatory depends on: a) the number of their faults; b) the malice and deliberation with which these have been committed; c) the penance done, or not done, the satisfaction made, or not made for sins during life; d) Much, too, depends on the suffrages offered for them after death What can safely be said is that the time souls spend in Purgatory is, as a rule, very much longer than people commonly imagine. We will quote a few of the many instances which are recounted in the lives and revelations of the Saints. St. Louis Bertrand's father was an exemplary Christian, as we should naturally expect, being the father of so great a Saint. He had even wished to become a Carthusian monk until he learned that it was not God's will for him. When he died, after long years spent in the practice of every Christian virtue, his saintly son, fully aware of the rigors of God's Justice, offered many Masses and poured forth the …ច្រើន
Bishop Appointed by Leo XIV Backs ‘Female Pope’ Campaign The Diocese of St. Gallen, Switzerland, launched its "I’m In" ("Ich bin dabei") campaign on May 4 across 25 towns and villages. The billboard, web and social media campaign features clergy, church employees and volunteers posing provocative questions. One poster shows a pastoral worker asking: “Shall we pave the way for the election of the first female Pope?” — followed by the campaign’s signature response: "I’m in." Pope Leo XIV appointed Monsignor Beat Grögli as Bishop of St. Gallen in May 2025, despite his publicly known support for the ordination of women
Most things you hear today probably would not shock you anymore. For the most part, very little surprises me either. However, one piece of news did shock me. A few days ago, I learnt that St. Teresa's Catholic church in Dublin will be holding an LGBT prayer service. I don't know about you, but that is shocking. Especially since the Church's teaching is clear - practising homosexuality is a sin. Answering an Objection - Jesus would never turn people away. This is true. Our Lord never turns away a humble and contrite heart. He also said that if you love Him, practise His Commandments. Pride flags have previously been displayed all over the interior of this church for previous "LGBT services". This is clearly about accepting and normalising the sin, not about accepting the person. Answering another objection - we need to welcome everyone. The most "welcoming" thing a Catholic can do for these people is to show them the truth on the Church's teaching on sexual morality. This would be the …ច្រើន

Today, Archbishop Carlo Viganò published the personal letter that he had sent to Pope Leo XIV in January. It appears that - despite Viganò having denied that Francis was a legitimate pope - he recognizes Leo XIV. Monsignor Viganò addresses Leo XIV as "Holiness," asks him to exercise his authority, and seeks an audience with him. Archbishop Viganò recounts his long career in Vatican service, argues that he was punished for exposing corruption and doctrinal problems in the Church, explains how retirement led him to reject Vatican II and the post-conciliar direction of the Church, defends himself against the charge of schism, and urges Leo XIV to break with the errors of the Francis era and the synodal project. The letter contains a noticeably heavy use of first-person pronouns and is full of self-reference, emphasis on personal integrity, descriptions of persecution and mistreatment, frequent presentation of himself as a key witness to major events, and relatively little self-criticism …ច្រើន
I would like to see the first letter he sent to Leo, the original letter he sent when he first requested a Private Audience. That’s what would tell the story.

Archbishop Franco Moscone of Manfredonia-Vieste-San Giovanni Rotondo has come under criticism after signing a petition calling on the Il Libro Possibile festival to reconsider hosting Israeli novelist Eshkol Nevo. According to AgenSir on June 15, Monsignor Moscone argued that intellectuals have a duty to speak clearly in the face of injustice. He added that Nevo had failed to provide sufficient "criticism and clarity" regarding the actions of the Israeli government. He insisted that "the issue is not that Nevo is Israeli." Festival organizers rejected the petition and confirmed that Nevo will participate as scheduled, noting that the writer has repeatedly spoken in favor of peace. The initiative triggered sharp reactions within the Italian Church. Archbishop Giuseppe Baturi, secretary-general of the Italian Bishops' Conference (CEI), said that "peace is not built by preventing those who think differently from speaking." Archbishop Carmelo Pennisi of Monreale described the campaign as …ច្រើន

Leo XIV’s newly appointed archbishop of New York, the effeminate Monsignor Ronald Hicks, celebrated a recent win of the New York basketball team ‘Knicks’ with the Muslim Mayor Zohran Mamdani at the city’s Puerto Rican festival. On Sunday, Hicks abused the homily during the Eucharist to talk about his basketball religion again.
This is the new Archbishop of New York (lacking some male hormons to my mind)
Dormition Cathedral at Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, part of a UNESCO-listed monastery complex, was damaged during a large Russian missile-and-drone attack on Kyiv on June 15. Ukraine blamed Russia for the damage. Moscow denied targeting the site, claiming that it was caused by a malfunctioning U.S.-supplied Patriot air-defense missile.
@Stepan Rudenko Tell me something. Where do you come off calling me a liar? All because you decided not to look at all our posts for at least the past 6 or 7 years? And ignored the fact that 2 or 3 people were begging us to come and save them and their Church. There are some who remember that if they have been on gtv for years. And there are many. If it was a like someone by now would have denied it. Posts with Church's bombed with the remnants of the bomb showing it was from the UK and US. I and others have posted many video's and pictures of what's going on. My favorite are the independent journalist like Patrick Lancaster who has a channel on youtube going back to 2014!!!! In them you will hear the elderly talk about how he went to them and looked around at the devastation he made to their villages, towns and cities. Who he told them to their face. I hate you! I hate you all! And I am going to kill you all! It's all on his channel. You want proof? Look for it yourself! With him and …ច្រើន
@Instaurare Omnia in Christo A lie has no feet. Don't lie; instead, give examples of where Ukraine has bombed "numerous churches, hospitals, schools, universities, and museums." Where has Zelenskyy bought houses around the world? Russia is destroying houses and wiping out entire Ukrainian towns and villages!
Trump is asking where all the money in Ukraine has gone, and he estimates that they've poured in about 350 billion dollars. Trump knows that this money is being diverted and that this entire conflict is just a massive money laundering operation.
Everyone please take note! @Instaurare Omnia in Christo just Commented on this post, "The Fatima Center today is dead,..." I firmly disagree and personally believe the Fatima Center continues the legacy of their holy founders! Notice how the smear campaign against the Fatima Center is starting here on Gloria.tv?
@Instaurare Omnia in Christo No proof, here, right now. Not even one! I just showed you three proofs regarding the "errors of Russia.". Three different sources that you didn't refute. Okay well you did say, "An old article." But actually that doesn't refute anything. Oh and something "RIGHT FROM PUTIN'S MOUTH," isn't proof, that is propaganda. In case you didn't know the KGB is an elite foreign espionage agency. "Putin served in the KGB from 1975 to 1991, reaching the rank of lieutenant colonel." So they are trained in espionage and lying you are going to believe them. Ok. And you said one writer was "untrustworthy" but that isn't proof either. At least you didn't try to get me to watch an RT video! LOL! You believe those are the Gospel truth!
Today, Pope Leo XIV received a delegation from the United Jewish Appeal-Federation of New York (UJA-Federation) in the Apostolic Palace. Founded in 1917, the UJA-Federation is among the world's largest Jewish philanthropic organizations, supporting “the poor”, refugees, and other vulnerable populations in New York, Israel, and more than seventy countries worldwide. Welcoming the delegation, Leo XIV praised the organization as an instrument of global Jewish philanthropy. It demonstrates a profound commitment to human fraternity that resonates with the Church's own vision of integral human development. Leo XIV Rejects Discrimination Based on Religion Leo XIV recalled that sixty-six years ago, in 1960, Pope John XXIII welcomed a delegation from the same organization with the memorable words, "I am Joseph, your brother" (Genesis 45:4). Then, Leo XIV observed that this encounter helped inspire a new era in Catholic-Jewish relations and contributed to the development of the Second Vatican …ច្រើន
